🧩 1. Game Setup
- Each player starts with:
- 20 Life (HP)
- A 60-card deck (minimum)
- Shuffle your deck
- Draw 7 cards
Mulligan Rule
- You may reshuffle and redraw
- Each mulligan = -1 card
🎯 2. Objective
Win by:
- Reducing opponent from 20 → 0 life, OR
- Triggering a special card win condition (future expansions)
🌈 3. Aether System (Resource System)
You generate energy using:
⚡ Aether (like Mana)
- Gained from Land cards
- You may play 1 Land per turn
Colors:
- ⚪ White — Order / Defense
- 🔵 Blue — Control / Knowledge
- ⚫ Black — Death / Sacrifice
- 🔴 Red — Aggression / Chaos
- 🟢 Green — Growth / Nature
🔁 4. Turn Structure
1. Draw Phase
- Draw 1 card
2. Main Phase
You may:
- Play 1 Land
- Cast creatures
- Use abilities
3. Combat Phase
Step 1: Declare Attackers
- Choose creatures to attack
Step 2: Declare Blockers
- Opponent assigns defenders
Step 3: Damage Phase
- All combat damage happens at once
4. Second Main Phase
- Play additional cards
5. End Phase
- Resolve effects
- End turn
⚔️ 5. Creatures
- Creatures enter with Summoning Sickness
- Cannot attack on the same turn they are played
Stats:
- Power = Damage dealt
- Toughness = Health
If damage ≥ toughness → creature is destroyed
💀 6. Core Abilities
- Flying → Only blocked by Flying
- First Strike → Attacks first
- Trample → Excess damage hits player
- Deathtouch → Any damage kills
- Vigilance → Doesn’t tap when attacking
- Haste → Can attack immediately
