For Mexico:
Mexico's banking system does not allow ethereum purchases through metamask. Mercado pago is widely accepted by different Mexican banks with no issues. It would be best if you verified first with mercado pago and your bank. you would need to add funds to mercado pago to purchase ethereum, then transfer to your metamask wallet on the ethereum mainnet. afterwards, you would need to swap your eth for weth in metamask, to then bridge the weth to the metamask polygon mainnet to weth once more.
the sparro token has no issues in the metamask polygon mainnet. Once the sparro token gains trusted value, users could swap sprr for weth and cash out in metamask's new mastercard service. For full details visit metamask.
